Port Arthur House, situated within the main college complex, offers:

• Staffing 24 hours a day
  

 

There is also a swimming pool in Scalloway and, in a beautiful setting with a long and interesting history, the village is an ideal base for walks and other outdoor pursuits, both land and water-based. Port Arthur House is also situated close to the bus route to the main town of Lerwick, where students have access to a wide range of other facilities, including a fully equipped modern sports and leisure centre. Outside accommodation is available locally in the event that Port Arthur House is full.

 

Catering

Cooked meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, are available Monday to Friday from the fully licensed Da Haaf Restaurant in the main college building. Snacks are available all day. The restaurant is well known throughout Shetland - and beyond - for its seafood dishes, which are prepared from a range of freshly caught local fish, as well as a selection of meat, vegetarian, and home cooked dishes.
